WHAT DOES A PROPERTY INSPECTION INCLUDE?
This service is a detailed, whole home inspection which includes a free termite inspection. This whole home inspection includes but is not limited to: roof, attic, exterior, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, crawlspace, etc.
HOW LONG DOES A PROPERTY INSPECTION LAST?
An inspection typically takes 2-3 hours.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REPORT?
We will email you your report the same day, typically in the evening.
CAN I COME TO THE INSPECTION?
From our perspective, you are more than welcome to come to all or part of the inspection. However, please consult with your agent. Rules and regulations vary from company to company.
SHOULD I HAVE AN INSPECTION DONE ON MY HOUSE PRIOR TO LISTING?
We at The House Doctors think this is a great idea. Doing so can potentially prevent a lot of headaches once a home is under contract! Keep in mind that if the buyer chooses to have their own inspection, no two inspections are exactly the same.
WHAT IS RADON?
Here is a helpful link- https://www.epa.gov/radon Our radon testing is done using the Sun Nuclear continuous radon monitor, which monitors the radon levels for 48 hours then produces a report. The report will be downloaded off of the machine then emailed to you!
